Is Microblading Right for Me?
Microblading is recommended if you are unhappy with your sparse eyebrow hair and want fuller eyebrows. People suffering from a condition called madarosis (loss of eyebrow hair) are also good candidates for microblading.
The Microblading Procedure
Before the microblading session, the patient will choose a pigment color for their brows. Microblading involves making small cuts in the skin using a microblading tool, which has a cluster of very small needles protruding from one end. After making the cuts, the chosen pigment is inserted into them by the technician, gradually creating the appearance of eyebrow hairs.
The pigment lasts up to 5 years with touch-ups needed at 6-12 month intervals.

What to Expect After Microblading
For a microblading procedure to be successful, the recovery process is vital, since it allows the cuts to heal gradually. The tenderness in your skin after the procedure may make you want to pick at it. However, you should steer clear of this, since it will only prolong recovery.
Over a period of 10 to 14 days, you will experience changes in the appearance of your eyebrows almost every day in terms of texture, definition, and color. Expect to feel temporary tenderness, tightness, pain, or itchiness.
Typically, full recovery can take around 25 to 30 days. However, the healing period isn’t the same for everyone, since some people’s skin heals faster than others. Some of the factors that dictate how long it will take for you to heal include your age, skin type, and overall health.
