Nayak Plastic Surgery was founded in 2006 by Mike Nayak, M.D., and Avani Nayak. In 2010, the practice expanded and added to its menu of services with the addition of Avani Derm Spa. We are the premier facial plastic surgery practice, medical spa, and skincare provider in the region, striving to provide exceptional service, skill, and superior care to all patients.
The Nurse Injectors at Avani Derm Spa all have established, loyal clientele and are experts in the industry – their skill level is truly unparalleled. They have been personally trained by Dr. Nayak to use the same injection techniques. His nurse injectors are able to offer the same quality of service with greater savings and easier appointment availability, including evening and Saturday hours.
The Esthetics team at Avani Derm Spa is made up of experienced and skilled estheticians who are all licensed providers. Consultations with an esthetician are complementary, and providers use their knowledge to customize a treatment plan based on the needs of each individual. We use only medical-grade products, which are not available to the general public.

We offer a full array of medical and non-medical spa services ranging from facials, many of which include exfoliation such as dermaplane and microdermabrasion treatments, to peels, Botox, filler, Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Microneedling and Laser Resurfacing.
We have two locations, making it even more convenient for our patients to make appointments with our providers. Our original location is in Frontenac and is in the same location as the main medical practice, Nayak Plastic Surgery. Our satellite location is in Des Peres, near West County Mall in very close proximity to highway 270. We operate at the highest medical-level standards to ensure your health and safety. Our industry is constantly evolving and growing, and we are pleased to offer the most cutting-edge treatments available. We offer only the products and treatments that Dr. Nayak believes will make a difference. Our Des Peres Location is open Monday through Saturday, and our Frontenac location is open Monday through Friday.
