ThermiVa is administered using a small wand that is both inserted into the vagina and used to rejuvenate the surrounding skin tissue. Treatments are complete in just half an hour, and typically three treatments are necessary over the course of three months. Each treatment will be documented with pre and post-procedure photos.
With such little time required for the procedure and no need for recovery, patients can essentially receive treatment on a lunch break and head back to work immediately after. While mild cramping and light spotting are also possible, there are no activity restrictions of any type after the procedure.
