Noise

Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas. Our lounge areas are the perfect place for conversations. Please do not bring children.

Cell Phones

For the respect of all spa guests’ tranquility, cell phones are not permitted in the treatment areas. Please turn all cell phones and pagers off and place them in the lockers.

Gratuity

Rates do not include gratuity. 15%-20% is both appropriate and appreciated for treatments excluding lasers and injections. We accept gratuities via the envelopes provided at the front desk or added to credit card payment.

Spa Arrival

We recommend that you arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you ample time to fill out a client profile to prepare for your treatment and visit the spa’s quiet room before beginning services.

Cancellation Policy

Treatments you select are reserved especially for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of services.

Late Arrival

All spa appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments. An unrushed treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for the full service.

Return Policy

Un-used products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Health Conditions Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when making your spa reservation.

Cleanliness

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized to medical standards after every service and treatment.

Loss or Damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe that is provided.

Payment

Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted. There will be a $25 fee for returned personal checks.
